Founded by Erik Wiese in 1993, this family run business provides outstanding Industrial, Commercial, Retail and Residential Development services in San Diego County.  For over 30 years, we have been helping business owners acquire buildings, lease out vacancies, manage their real estate portfolio and sell their investment property.
